The methods of seismic isolation products for bridges mainly include the following:
Lead core rubber bearings: Lead core rubber bearings are composed of ordinary laminated rubber bearings and lead cores. During an earthquake, the lead core absorbs energy through plastic deformation. After the earthquake, the bridge automatically returns to its original position through dynamic recovery and recrystallization processes, as well as the shear tension of the rubber. This type of bearing can extend the structural period, reduce the seismic response, and has a high bearing capacity and good seismic isolation effect.
Friction pendulum bearings: Friction pendulum bearings consume seismic energy through friction and swing, and have high bearing capacity and good seismic isolation effect. This type of bearing is widely used on long-span bridges and can effectively reduce the damage to bridges caused by earthquakes.

Liquid viscous damper: Liquid viscous damper uses the throttling resistance generated when the fluid passes through the throttling hole to consume seismic energy. This damper is suitable for bridge structures that require high damping effects and can effectively reduce the damage to bridges caused by earthquakes.
Horizontal force dispersing rubber bearing: This bearing consists of upper and lower connecting plates, high-performance rubber and reinforced steel plates, and has the trinity of bearing capacity, restoring force and damping. It is suitable for all earthquake levels, has low maintenance and management costs, and has little change in characteristics after a major earthquake, so it does not need to be replaced.
