Hebei Luze covers an area of 67,000 square meter and has a professional and dynamic team. There are 236 employees, each performing their own duties. Among them, there are 22 technical personnel who, with their exquisite professional skills, continuously inject impetus into product research and development and innovation. There are also 60 management personnel who ensure the stable operation and continuous development of the company with an efficient management model.
Hebei Luze has a complete production chain, with workshops for all processes such as machining, welding, vulcanization, sandblasting and assembly, and has also established a professional R&D laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with advanced dynamic servo testing machines for dampers and rubber bearings, ensuring that the company has the ability to conduct 100% self-inspection of products before leaving the factory. Every product leaving the factory has gone through strict checks and is of reliable quality.
In terms of R&D cooperation, Hebei Luze has established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to jointly explore the frontier areas of seismic isolation and vibration reduction technologies. It has already won dozens of national patents for seismic isolation and vibration reduction products, demonstrating its strong innovation ability and technological foundation. Meanwhile, the company has successfully passed a series of management system certifications such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.
