The manufacturing process of seismic support and hanger includes the following steps:

Construction preparation:

Equipment preparation: Cutting machine, impact drill and other related cutting and drilling equipment, as well as angle ruler, tape measure, wrench, level ruler, hammer and other tools. All equipment must be inspected and qualified before they can be used in the project.
‌Construction process‌:

‌Measurement and anchor bolt positioning‌: Measure the height of the pipeline to be installed from the floor slab, determine the length of the full-threaded hanger, stiffening channel steel and diagonal brace channel steel, and determine the position of the expansion anchor bolt for drilling. ‌Cutting materials‌: Cut the full-threaded hanger, stiffening channel steel and diagonal brace channel steel according to the measurement data, and spray metal zinc spray agent on the cut to prevent corrosion. ‌Installation of the main suspension part‌: Drill holes according to the position of the main suspension expansion bolt, install the expansion anchor bolt and the main suspension part parts. ‌Lateral and longitudinal support installation‌: Locate the expansion anchor bolt position of the lateral and longitudinal supports, drill holes and install the supports. ‌Installation of stiffening device‌: When installing the stiffening device, the spacing should meet the corresponding requirements. ‌Operation points‌: ​It is strictly forbidden to forcibly squeeze other pipelines or change the angle of the vertical hanger during installation, so as not to affect the use function and seismic effect of other pipelines. ‌ When installing the seismic support, the hanger thread should be complete, and the connection between the bolt, hexagonal nut and the hanger should be firm and stable.
‌Quality requirements and objectives‌:

The vertical angle of the diagonal brace installation of the lateral and longitudinal seismic support and hanger should be 45° and not less than 30°‌.
The installation position and quantity of the stiffening device should meet the standards‌.
